That would be shaving cream…
It’s a mashup of sorts- inspired by James Nachtwey’s photo of Xhosa youth during a circumcisions ceremony and a series of self-portraits done by David Leeson.
But, this is a complete joke, intended to amuse my wife. Sadly, I thought it was funnier than she did!

Just watched The Great Race with my wife and son Friday night … reminds me of Jack Lemmon’s “Professor Fate” character during the gargantuan pie fight scene ….
